Head of Finance & Accounting
Dave Pavadore brings strong international financial and operational skills to his position as Head of Finance and Accounting, combining 25+ years of experience helping organizations streamline their financial and operational processes resulting in substantial cost savings. He has focused on building strong teams, identifying internal weaknesses, and forging strong relationships throughout the organizations promoting teamwork to resolve business issues. Before joining Saras, Mr. Pavadore was the Chief Financial Officer of SPG International, LLC and a Financial Consultant for JELD-WEN, Inc. Other CFO roles include Brand Vaughan Lumber, Epi Breads, Inc., and Val-Fit Inc. Dave has a degree in accounting from Fitchburg State University.
