Most recently she served as VP of People & Culture at Jiko, with prior experience including Director of Human Resources at Prosper Marketplace, Inc. Ms. Baldwin Barnes obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Legal Studies in Human Resource, Employment Law from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2019. She also has achieved SHRM-SCP certification.
